Bookings & Payments Policy
At Africa Dome Village, we value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or interact with our services.
1. Bookings & Dome Use
Each dome at Africa Dome Village is a private space reserved exclusively for your group. Dome sessions operate in 2-hour time slots, with availability in the late afternoon and evening.
Depending on the package selected, domes can accommodate a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 guests. Group sizes must not exceed the stated capacity for safety and comfort reasons.
2. Deposits & Payments
A £20 non-refundable deposit per dome is required to secure all bookings. This deposit confirms your chosen date and time.
The remaining balance for your selected package must be paid on the day of your visit, using bank transfer, cash, or card (where available).
If a booking is rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred once only to a new date, subject to availability.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in the loss of the £20 deposit.
Africa Dome Village is unable to offer refunds or deposit transfers for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Late Arrivals
If guests arrive late, Africa Dome Village will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them. However, dome sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time to allow preparation for the next booking.
Late arrival does not entitle guests to an extension, refund, or reduction in price.
5. Food Pre-Orders
For all dome experience packages, guests are required to pre-order main dishes 24–48 hours in advance.
This allows us to prepare food fresh, manage ingredients efficiently, and reduce food waste. Menu availability may vary depending on supplier and seasonal factors.
6. Children & Families
Children are welcome in designated Family Village Dome packages.
For safety and capacity reasons, all children count toward the maximum of 6 guests per dome, regardless of age.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of children at all times.
7. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Guests must inform Africa Dome Village of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
While we take reasonable care to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, as food is prepared in shared kitchen facilities.
Africa Dome Village accepts no liability for allergic reactions where full disclosure has not been provided in advance.
8. Behaviour & House Rules
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and property.
Africa Dome Village reserves the right to refuse service, end a booking early, or request guests to leave in cases of:
Unsafe or disruptive behaviour
Damage to property
Breach of these Terms & Conditions
In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
9. Changes & Force Majeure
Africa Dome Village reserves the right to make reasonable changes to menus, pricing, dome availability, or operating times due to:
Seasonal availability
Supplier changes
Weather conditions
Technical issues or events beyond our control
We will make reasonable efforts to notify guests of significant changes where possible.
10. Liability
Guests attend Africa Dome Village at their own risk. Africa Dome Village shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or injury to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK law.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a booking enquiry, paying a deposit, or attending a booking, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
